Converge for Impact believes that workplace law scholars and lawyers have something to say to each other. The Expert Exchange Initiative seeks to develop and maintain a vibrant dialogue between scholars and practitioners on areas of shared interest. It connects academic experts and expert practitioners in discrete subspecialties to analyze emerging legal questions, brainstorm new legal theories and approaches, and forge solutions to novel workplace law problems.
